PARALLEL POSITIONING CONTROL-NXF4000
The NXF4000 controls are advanced parallel positioning control systems for all types of combustion systems. Integrated the Flame Safeguard, Valve Proving, VFD, PID control. Best-in-class support for four fuel profiles allows these controls to accommodate a large variety of applications. Up to ten servos can be connected in total, with three sizes available: 4Nm (3 ft.-lb.), 20Nm (15 ft.-lb.) and 50Nm (37 ft.lb.).
The Fireye BurnerPRO is a compact, microprocessor based, primary flame safeguard control system designed to provide the proper burner sequencing, ignition and flame monitoring for on-off, multistage, or modulating burners used in commercial heating and process equipment firing oil and gas fuels. The valve proving feature checks for leakage through the safety shutoff valves prior to burner startup or immediately after a burner shutdown. The Modbus interface provides the ability to write custom timing parameters, as well as reading status information during burner operation.
FENWAL PIM CONTROL
The Fenwal Controls® Platform Ignition Module (PIM™) integrates the functions of Automatic Ignition Control with temperature regulating and appliance control functions. The PIM is designed for a range of applications including both staged systems and modulating types. The PIM can be configured as a direct spark ignition (DSI), intermittent pilot (IP) or Hot Surface Ignition (HSI) to provide safe lighting and supervision of the burners in an appliance.
